Title 2017-18 Half-Time Lecturer in Religion

Position Description

The Committee on the Study of Religion is seeking applications for a half-time Lecturer to teach two courses geared to undergraduates during the 2017-18 academic year. The Committee is flexible as to the distribution of the courses: they can both be taught in one semester, or one course could be taught each term over the course of the year. There is a preference for candidates who could teach a course on ethnography. A doctorate is required by the time the appointment begins. Complete applications, including letters of reference and brief course descriptions, are due by June 17, 2017.

Candidates are required to have a doctorate by the expected start date.
