Position Description

The Department of Linguistics seeks applications for a lecturer or visiting assistant/associate professor. The area of specialization is open compatibly with the specified teaching needs. The appointment is full time and expected to begin on January 1, 2018 for a period of six months. The candidate should be ready to teach Introduction to Linguistics and a second class on language typology or field methods or the like.

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate in Linguistics by the time the appointment begins.

Additional Qualifications

Some teaching experience required.
